'i'm gonna break your face' says it all with it's ridiculously cheezy danciness. but then, oh no. oh dear. once again, i get the flu. and what a flu! delerious feverish shivering. weeee! i didn't leave my house for a few days there, but on thursday i was back at work, back to the chaos of pre-playa planning. i think i'm through it now. oh, and YEAH, YEAH, i see that there are two i love you but i've chosen darkness songs there. and what of it? i have a new bike. this picture is not my bike. my bike is better. my bike used to look like this bike and then it was ridden and loved and given bullhorn handlebars and some other different stuff. and now it's my bike. I'M OBSESSED WITH MY NEW BIKE. it looks like this one. let's look again. yeah my bike looks kinda like that. it's mine. i like it a lot. at night i spoon it and coo loving, sweet nothings to it. no i don't i made that up. no really, i'm lying. i totally don't do that. well not after the first few nights with it anyway. anyway. yeah. here's this week's song blog. this was an incredibly eventful week. highlights include a gig me and my bellydance troupe did at people's park in berkeley. it was an awesome gig from hell! we loved it, because it gave us such great stories for the retelling. it had all the trappings of a nightmare gig: dancing on carpet thrown over lumpy dirt, a constant waft of sage and pot smoke from the audience, a burn out hippie lady trying to 'join in' in our routine and people throwing clif bars at us (i think in appreciation!?!?).
